This review doesn't represent the current staff. I rented my unit and paid in full. I was told unit was ready to be used. That same evening I unloaded my truck and headed to my unit to find it was locked. I had to reload my truck and I returned next morning very angry and wanted a full refund. I got an apology from the young girl working, but found out I never was refunded my $175 and never will. Read the tiny small print on contract. Once you pay, your stuck paying for one month no matter what happens. Not Fair at all, I never got the chance to use my unit, it was locked. Terrible Company.

Love it. Got a great price on my unit. Easy access and billing - I can come and go as I please. Friendly staff
