Grease not fully cooked pizza... not happy..!!!

Poor customer service. Terrible, actually. There are so many better choices in this area I will likely never order from this location.

Placed order online for the T-Mobile Tuesday promo offer. Charged my credit card. Immediately I get a call from the store saying they don't honor that promotion. I asked why and they said they lose money on it. I told them they already charged my card. They did refund my money. But didn't offer any solution to keep my business. I would have paid for the overpriced $5 soda offer to get them some profits back but oh well. I see others have the same problem with this store. Since they are privately owned they can say no to national promotions and coupon offers even though other pizza hut in the same state accept them. Instead of gaining a new customer tonight since I don't even know you were there until today - you lost future business from me and apparently other people tonight.

I deleted my previous review...my wife and I had a terrible Pizza Hut experience on Sunday night...by Monday morning ..the manager Asif corrected the problem and was a complete gentleman...he apologized profusely and explained what happened at his restaurant...nWe will give them.another try...

They don’t honor what normal pizza huts honor extremely overpriced as well compared to other pizza huts you can check yourself. Most of the good reviews are either friends of the Pakistani staff or friends of the Indian owners. It’s a shame you guys bring a bad name to hardworking people by cheating the very people who order from you. Pizza Hut should also be ashamed for not stopping your price fixing, manager is rude staff is kids, can’t really say much on the pizza better to go to a local pizza place or get frozen pizza. First and last time.
