I prefer coming here because they are thorough. I was going to one closer to me in totowa. Then I came here and was amazed by how much better the waxing experts are here. 100% love this place!
Ashley was great. I'm not going to lie and say the process was painless but she made the experience comfortable and unlike with other wax experiences I was not left with bumps, redness, or pain after the fact. I've had less pleasant experiences with other waxers here where I experienced problems after the fact but I would 100% reccomend Ashley.
I usually have a good experience but I went today and I asked for a usual clean up and the woman I got her name was Megan completely made my brows uneven, one is clearly different than the other and they are completely different shapes. There is also a chunk missing from my left brow in the front. One is clearly thinner than the other and it is very obvious. I am very upset because I was hoping to have a good and easy experience where I would come out happy but that didn’t happen. I will continue to go to this place because I feel certain workers do a good job and I have 11 visits left with my package that I don’t want to waste, but I know I am definitely not going back to this person I got today.
First time going was nice and friendly. Had to go back to touch up some but was still a good experience.
This place is okay only because I would make an appointment and still have to wait 15+ minutes when I showed up on time. The girls doing my eye brows did a great job.
