I'm approaching 40 fast. I have 4 kids and not a whole lot of time to dedicate to staying in shape. This class is perfect. It's not just getting some gloves and punching a bag. It is a workout. The teachers motivate you. And joke with you. By the end of the class you feel like you've done something to make yourself better for the rest of the day. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Great workout nice and welcoming environment. I give it 2 stars due to an instructor who's technique is not the best in my opinion. Degrading with remarks of fat, stripper look a like comments coming from a women to other women I didn't find any humor to it. I had not seen this instructor before other then that one time which was enough for me not to continue going. How would they allow this is unknown. Other then that they do have many professional instructor that give you an excellent workout.
Great place to reduce your fat. Aggressive people like Karleen, Andrea, Gina are awesome trainers.
