I've known Cory for about two years now. He is immensely knowledgeable in the arenas of fitness training, functional training, and speed training for athletes of all ages. He operates a truly impressive facility in Franklin Lakes. As a fellow business owner, this is no small task. I regularly recommend practice members from my chiropractic practice and my golf-specific corrective practice to train at Evolve. Evolve is life changing. I’ve been doing personal training with Cory (the owner) for 4 months now and I haven’t felt this good since good old middle school days when I was a twig and ate whatever I want! Cory is excellent and super professional. I’ve also had the pleasure to train with two other trainers who were just as outstanding. If I had more time in my schedule, I would train everyday! Very reasonable prices, very clean and overall a great work out every session! Thank you Cory (and team) for helping me get in shape and love my body!
