CVS

I worked here about 16 years ago; the two managers I had during my tenure would have had a fit with some of the pharmacy counter crew. You never leave a customer waiting for 20 minutes at the drive up window without even acknowledging their existence. There are only two staff members who do this and never when the pharmacist is there. If I ever see either of the two there I just leave and come back later which is not a compromise that should be made when picking up prescriptions.

Went here to get my flu shot on October 30, 2020. Unfortunately, I decided to drive to another CVS to get my flu shot because the pharmacist giving the flu shots wasn’t wearing a mask over her mouth and nose. She preferred to wear her mask around her neck and chin. If you’re getting your prescriptions filled here, I suggest you go to another CVS. In the current climate, where wearing masks prevents the spread of COVID-19, it was extremely irresponsible of the pharmacist to choose not to wear a mask while handling thousands of people’s medication. Hard pass!

Probably one of the best pharmacy teams I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They're always on their A-game and genuinely treat you with respect and sincerity. All pharamicies tend to get busy, especially around flu season. To those impatient people out there, please realize they're seeing hundreds of patients each day. This is my goto pharmacy and have nothing but positive things to say about everyone who works there.

I have always loved Cvs stores since I lived in North Bergen and this one is definitely one of my favorites. The store staff is polite, sweet, helpful, and resourceful. I just started couponing a few months ago and I know on Sunday’s they take down their old deals to get ready for the new ones, but they will still honor the old deals as long as you have the catalog with the deals. They take my coupons and sort them out properly and make sure nothing was missed. I really enjoy coming here. The pharmacy is a bit hectic and I know the staff have to deal with more unhappier people, but even then they are still good. One girl worked hard to get me a coupons/ discounts for my very expensive medication. It would have originally cost me $100+ and she researched all the coupons and brought it down to $15. The coupon I had found was just 70 percent off. She was wonderful!!!

HORRIBLE pharmacy staff. AWFUL customer service. THIS IS WHY CVS STOCK IS FALLING RAPIDLY! ----I really wish I was able to post less than one star.
