Truly a gem in Fort Lee. The Studio and Virtual classes are relaxing and expertly led. The Studio classes are held in a peaceful and safe environment. I recommend that folks sign up and check it out. Glad I did!

The very best gentle yoga that I've ever experienced. I've been doing yoga over 30 years but because of athletic injuries can't do a lot of squats, lunges Etc... but this is challenging and gentle at the same time. Nicole is the best she exudes calmness and perfection
