Powerflow Yoga

I have enjoyed coming to this yoga studio for quite some time. The instructors I have had are all knowledgeable and kind and happy to help you improve your form. The facility is clean and I look forward to my classes. The yogis who attend are also a pleasure to share a class with. The only thing I will say that could use some improvement is the front desk staff. I feel as though the front desk does not communicate with each other, being that when I go, someone tells me something different each time and it is very confusing. I also have had charges that have had to be reversed due to lack of understanding of the front desk. It is also always a process when I am trying to sign in, even though I have been there numerous times, almost as though they cannot find me in the system each and every time. These are things that can be worked on, and I hope they improve. Over all, Powerflow in Glen Rock is a wonderful studio and I will continue to go there!

Super friendly staff and helpful regular yogis. I'm loving hot yoga. Every instructor has been very helpful with pose corrections, etc. I won't be going anywhere anytime soon. Namaste

Shxtty customer service. One particular individual- majority of the people that come here (glenrock) are older but lack common decency to not trip over bump into you or make messes... as older adults. I recommend another location with more options as far as technical yoga goes and perhaps less of a discriminatory staff ? maybe the instructors should indeed run the business and not some random at desk. Will never come back again
