Nueva Alma Yoga & Wellness Virtual Studio

I do have a streaming services for yoga, but nothing beats a live class. Erica recreates the experience of a studio for home, with personalized attention, adjustments, care and community. I can’t get that from a pre-recorded video. There are a few classes to choose from each day, so I have found it very easy to fit into my schedule and get on the mat daily. I love the themed classes so I can get a really well-rounded practice, yet no class is ever exactly the same. Erica is attentive and amazing! I’m so grateful to have this special virtual opportunity that has kept me fit and grounded during these difficult times.

I can’t say enough good things about Nueva Alma. From the first class I took several years ago, I felt welcomed and comfortable. There’s a family/community vibe that starts with Erica and flows throughout the studio. Erica puts as much emphasis on healing our minds and souls as she does teaching the poses.

Prepare to sweat and build core strength with a great Ashtanga yoga class with Erica. She is amazing!!

Such a sweet and supportive studio! The staff is helpful, and really meets your yoga needs. Great place for an intentional workout or a great place to relax and unwind.

This place is amazing!!!! You get a full experience of mind, body and soul strengthening. I left a different person. This is a great place to relax and relieve stress, all while working out. The place is organized, staff is super friendly and the vibe is great!
