Naughty: A Couple’s Boutique

Purchased a toy here and I charged it for a whole night and it wouldn’t turn on I called them and they said to come in Turns out you have to hold the remote and the toy at the same time (how annoying) didn’t even use it twice and it’s no longer working. I payed $120 dollars for that and I feel robbed. The girls are nice and helpful but why is the person in charge selling items that’s don't work properly.

Everything in this store does not work I’ve been in here 2wice the past 2 weeks .. all their products just stop working .. ovbs I know there’s no return policy but they should of at least take care of their customers and should have let me get something for the same price . Didn’t even have one of their massagers for 2 days and it just stopped working . All their products are like taped up .. if you don’t exchange then why are most of the boxes taped back up.. just strange too me .. anyways not spending another dime here

They don’t let you try on any lingerie that have bottoms on them.
