Worst car-buying experience of my life, the only reason they get one star is because I can't give them a zero......buyer beware!!!nnI accompanied my mother to purchase a vehicle from this business at the end of January 2020, she paid for it cash on the spot. We were told by the sales associate that we would have the title in our hands within two weeks of purchase then we'd be set to go register the car and so on. After two weeks, no title....after 30 days of purchase, still no title.nnWe then spoke directly with the owner of the business who apologized to us in behalf of his sales associate; he gave us a second temporary license plate as the first one expired, and assured us we would have the title within a few weeks. At the end of March, now two months after the purchase of the vehicle and with the second temporary plate due to expire, the owner told me that he had the title and that we could come pick it up; my mother and I wen to the dealership to pick up the title on a day we all agreed upon and he stood us up. We waited in the car, parked in front of the dealership for TWO HOURS, I called him 6 times within that time frame and he did not have the decency to pick up the phone or even the courtesy to call me back.nnRoughly four weeks ago, as the dealership resumed their normal hours of operation (due to the pandemic), we spoke on the phone and the owner said the situation was in the hands of his lawyer, but that he would have the title ready by the end of the week. At this point, we've been waiting for the vehicle's title for months and had reached the limit of our patience. Sure enough, the week came and went, and no title was ever produced. We went to the dealership and even though the owner said to give him another week to come up with the title, we demanded he give us our money back which he did.nnThe following day we went to a small, local car dealer in Hudson county, purchased virtually the same vehicle (in much better condition) and had the tile in our hands in SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS......SEVEN.nnAt the end of the day, I don't know what we did that would warrant these games to be played. My mother purchased the vehicle and paid for it in full, cash, on the spot. From my experience, this business lacks professionalism, they are not trustworthy and I would NEVER buy a vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone. They are, as per my experience, the absolute worst.
