Yamas Greek Rotisserie

I expected a standard fast food "Gyro Joint" but instead got a blend of both freshly prepared traditional and new innovative Greek cuisine. The quality of ingredients, the novel menu items and the carefully chosen, locally sourced ingredients makes this an amazing experience . Even their kale was sweeter and more tender than I ever expected (I usually hate kale) the lamb and the salads and baked items aren't the frozen precooked junkfood you get at your average Gyro Joint but I can still order a Gyro or Lamb sandwich by phone and pick it up at the drive through for as little as $10 ten minutes later while being of superb quality and flavor. I cannot recommend Yamas highly enough and it joins the list of my favorite Greek restaurants that are mostly located in Chicago's Greek Town, NYC and Amsterdam.

Real Greek Food, finally! It was hard to find AUTHENTIC Greek in Santa Fe. Delicious food, first time eating there tonight with my BF and he loved it equally. I had a Gyro and Greek salad with traditional Tzatziki sauce- wonderful! He had Greek salad with rotisserie pork. The Greek Fries are to die for. Large servings. Kind owner and staff. We'll be returning to try other menu items.

The most tender, melt in your mouth roast chicken! Our family was looking for a quick to-go dinner option and stumbled upon this treasure in our neighborhood. Everything was fresh and delicious, and so grateful for a lot of healthy side options. We’ll be back to try more of your dishes soon- thank you!

Its just ok. Sorry guys. Ingredients are fresh but the falafel tasted like it had been friend with shrimp. Gross! Also the tzaziki sauce, put way more on the sandwich! A little dollop does not suffice.
