I had a fabulous experience with Palate catering my wedding this past fall! The communication was flawless, and there were so many options for customization all while being very reasonably priced. We ended up going with the po boys and they were delicious! All of my wedding guests were very impressed, I would highly recommend them for weddings or event catering. I was located at Blame Her Ranch, and they were able to accommodate us even though we were about an hour outside of Santa Fe, which was extremely difficult to find. Highest praises to Angelica and the team at Palate!!

Palate Catering is the absolute best in Santa Fe! They catered our film production, and they were fantastic! Great attitude and great food! We'll definitely be using them for all of our future catering needs! If you haven't checked them out, you definitely are missing out. And their adorable daughter Layla, is such an absolute joy! She kept our film crew entertained!

I wish I could rate this place higher. I ordered through door dash —— beef tacos and a elote type Corn on the cob. My ordered was changed to a grilled cheese per the store recommendations I guess they were out of corn? But It was more expensive than my original order and not something I would have choose. Not pleased with the recommendation at all. Disgusting. Soggy bread, some sort of sweet spread inside the grilled cheese that wasn’t a pleasant flavor. The tacos were just ok. The shell is a soft mini tortilla which IMO should be warm not cold. More slaw than meat. I had high hopes for this place but I am sorely disappointed.

Love this food truck and their original menu. The chef, his wife and adorable little girl make you feel right at home. Try their braised beef tacos!

We have been wanting to visit this food trailer for quite some time. Every time we have shopped at Artisan, we have seen the Palate trailer, but it has never been open. Well, today we were in luck, when we went to shop at Artisan, Palate was open so we figured we would grab lunch on the way out. But, when we came out of the store and headed toward the window to order, we saw a child walking around on top of the counter inside the window. Not feeling good about the cleanliness of the operation, we went elsewhere.
