This place is awesome! It only took them a little over an hour to replace my front window, and when it was done, the guy picked me up from my house to bring me back to my car so I didn't have to get another cab! I recommend everyone go here!
Was able to contact and schedule via their website. Reply was quick and informative. Installation staff in Coos Bay were friendly and the installation was quick and well done. Cost was less than expected... always a bonus.
Absolutely fabulous. Between them, Bev, Joe and Devon took excellent care of me and were very informative, patient and kind which is always really important to me because I am literally clueless when it comes to anything regarding cars and insurance...and cars etc. The service was top notch...efficient, quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Did a good job installing a new windshieldnDid the job in less time than they had scheduled. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company.
After several body shops told us the job couldn’t be done, not only did Novus do the damn thing, but they were friendly, courteous, and completed it in a timely manor. 5 starts for Novus Glass. Highly recommend!
