Top-Notch repair shop! My car broke down on the way from CA to Reedsport. John & Steve evaluated the issues, provided an estimate, rearranged the schedule to work mine in and had it completed and me back on the road in about a day and a half. I knew the car was in good hands when I saw the shop ... you can eat off of the floors! I am considering taking a trip up there the next time my car needs any type of major service. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They went through my Bimmer to get it ready for an extended trio. We had absolutely no problems.
John and staff were excellent. I was only in for an oil change change but they got an error code when they were doing post oil change diagnostics. I had never seen the low pressure warning light and neither had they. The warning lights went away and never reappeared and they even took it out for a road test to ensure that I was good to go. They did not charge me for it and the fault cleared I was very impressed! Totally exceeded my expectations!!!
My boyfriend and I came from Utah to Oregon to find a possible home along the coast. On the way from coos bay to Benton, my boyfriend’s Audi Q5 started acting up...
