I can’t say enough good about Mick. We came to coos bay from Medford in the middle of the night having to evacuate the fires down there. My place of employment had just burned to the ground and I had a car full of scared kids that didn’t know if they had a place to live anymore. I noticed on the drive over our oil pressure was going up. I tried a few places around town and told them our situation and nobody would even look at our car for 3-4 days. One of the shops said they didn’t work on domestic vehicles and recommended Mick Reed. I called him right away, I could tell he was very busy but when I told him what was going on he told me to bring the car down and they would get it figure out. It was a Friday afternoon and they got my car fixed before the end of the day. We are so thankful for good people like him. We don’t live here but we do visit family a lot and if we ever need anything again he will be the one we call (hopefully we can just schedule a regular appointment next time). I am a mechanic in a Harley Davidson dealership and when we have people come in that are traveling they take priority and we stay late to get them back on the road if we have to. It’s not very often the tables are turned but it’s nice to know there are other people out there that will do the same thing. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate you fitting us in.

Mick is awesome he has taken care of me from day one professional, knowledgable. He did timing belts, frontend work and I trust him so much I purchased a vehicle from him. You rock Mick.

I can always depend on Mick to take care of my car honestly and capably - so important for a single woman who is not automotively inclined.

I was totally delighted… This young man was personable and honest ...And did not perform any service that I did not need what a pleasure to know I have someplace safe I can take my vehicle
