Do not expect any help from customer service. No answers their phone or return emails. Returns are impossible. My husbands usually gets these company’s pants through his employer but they keep ripping right below the zipper so my husband decided to order through the company a bigger size in hopes to avoid this problem and get it in time for his next shift. He received his order of pants and tried them on to make sure they would fit and as soon as he bent over they ripped. And now we want to return the pants and no response at all from the company.
