Not bad. Didn't mess anything up, and in a pretty cool location.
Went to McDonalds in Walmart at 4:30pm today to get a sandwich. The ‘red shirt ‘ young man was not wearing his mask over his nose. I asked him if he knew he needed to cover both his nose and mouth with the mask. He did not look at me just put his hand on his mask but did not adjust the mask to include his nose. I waited a couple of minutes and asked him a second time wear his mask correctly he grunted “ya” again. By now he was getting ready to wrap my order and place it in a bag. This time I said “please wear your mask correctly and cover your nose you are handling my food. He simply ignored me, finished putting my food in a bag and handed it to me saying “ya”. I told him I was going to report this to the manager. Once again he replied with “ya” and walked back by the fry machine saying something to a co worker.nI took the bag of food and threw it away. I will not eat there again due to blatant disregard for customers safety during this pandemic.
The fries were fresh & hot. The guy that waited on us was very friendly and customer service oriented. Can't say the same for a couple of the other workers. The orders were a bit slow to come out. We will never complain when the fries are fresh & hot. The guy even made sure the size we ordered was full!
Quick, fast and always good.
My kids love this place so we stop for them. it's McDonald's food so expectations aren't especially high. Melinda the manager is direct and to the point. She'll make the customer happy and be done with the problem. 3/4 of the employees are incompetent and should complete customer service courses.
