We got takeout last night and it was delicious. Hit the spot after a little hiking. I loved that they had a gluten free noodle option. They didn’t have any chili pastes that were spicy enough to melt my face off (scorpion peppers anyone?! That’s what my spot back in Texas had) but I really enjoyed the flavor of the broth. I got the tonkotsu and (after taking this picture) added a healthy scoop of chili paste and chili oil.

Overpriced and under flavored. My family and I wanted to experience a new restaurant in the Santa Fe area. Hungry and traveling in, you would think that our palates were ready to enjoy any meal that fulfilled our cravings positively. Not considering the friendly service, the food's quality and quantity were very disappointing, topped with an overpriced menu. Portions were small, and the food lacked rich flavor. ".50 cent Top Ramen has more flavor (5 of 5 people in my party)." In all fairness, someone could relate the lack of rich flavor to the separation of the broth and noodles for curbside delivery, which is interfering with the full flavors to embrace the vegetables/other content. The food at this restaurant is not worth the price you pay.

Ramen was good But they have a limited menu, and every substitute gets charged.

While being seated a healthy COVID distance from our neighbor, my girlfriend and I were treated to fresh and well prepared Shoyu and Tonkotsu style Ramen in the heart of Santa Fe. The lead server was an absolute delight and catered to us with a very friendly and efficient disposition. Try the Hot red chili paste with your Miso or Shoyu style Ramen, it’s to die for. Dessert was their Panko breaded banana which was so perfectly fried it left the ice cream on the side a delicious end to this whole lovely treat. They are open for dine in and very safe! Menu is modest but the dishes have been selected and prepared with real thought and professionalism. A perfect and filling workday or snow day repast
