We were on vacation and needed to find someone who could notarize some documents, the staff were kind and directed me to Cathleen. She is and AMAZING person who saved us! She took the time to calm me down and helped me when I had no access to a printer, notary, and had to get documents to UPS, and overnight the documents to save a land property offer we were working on for over a month. She got me the papers and then walked out to meet my wife and family after, and then gave me turn by turn instructions to the UPS drop off which I never would have found because cellular service wasn't that great. We arrived with only 10 minutes to spare before the driver would take the last pickup for the day and we would have lost $2000 on the deal and our future retirement property. She truly was an answer to our prayers as we frantically traveled throughout Bandon banks and credit unions, until finally we finally made it to Coos Bay Wells Fargo making it a perfect trip! This experience made us grateful and know that Wells Fargo truly hires only the best!!! Thank you so much!
Love the people very helpful!! What I don't like is when I go to web page says OPEN but less hours no problem except when I drive 30 minutes to get there it is CLOSED!! No problem I'll use ATM except it is out of order !!So again great employees at this branch in Coos Bay but whoever in charge of changes You need to update first then put changes in effect!!!
OMG! Best customer service I have experienced at a bank ever. They all made me feel VERY welcome. Everyone was very knowledgeable of what their bank services are and made sure I had no more questions to ask. Super friendly and quick. In other words, very effective and efficient.

The people at this bank are very nice and helpful! My only issue is when calling this bank directly I usually get forwarded to automated system. It usually takes three calls before an actual person answers. Other than that, no complaints!
