My experience here was good I was in-and-out in 20 minutes.. I had to get my car key programmed. the guy was very nice and courteous The price was very reasonable and I would recommend going here. I would definitely go back.

I've used Webster Locksmith for years. Not only myself but my family as well. After 24years I had to move due to health issues and I needed a first floor because of my disabilities and the elevator is constantly down. I'm on a 4th floor. I decided to call Webster to take a lock off and install it at the new place but unfortunately i canceled a day before or two before because something went wrong with the new lease. Then a few weeks later I called again only to take one lock off which they were charging over $100 for. I needed it the same day because I was being forced out of the old place but nothing was available until three days later for a Saturday. I understand it must be disappointing and annoying to have an appointment canceled after the guy is there at the old place which I apologized for but that wasn't enough apparently. Honestly I have a lot going on with my health, the move, and other personal problems and I honestly forgot and I admitted that. I was accused of not calling twice and that's a lie plus the guy that came to install it asked In a very rude way who's going to pay him for his time. That was so unprofessional. I called to speak to the boss, George, who behaved even worse. Constantly cutting me off, raising his voice to speak over me, brushing me off, didn't find anything wrong with the guy's behavior and tone, was rude, and unprofessional. At the end of the day we are all human, we all make mistakes, and my family and I have never done this before. It was very disappointing, uncalled for, disrespectful, and unnecessary. There's a way of treating people and I am the customer and he's supposed to be professional. Respect is always key in communication. We will never use their services again. Also, this is not the first time that George looks and sounds miserable and unhappy on the phone and at the store. I recognized his voice right away and asked his name. Im clearly not as old as he is but I'm up there in age and I was raised to respect people especially my elders so I left it at that. However, had it been another type of person im sure he would've been confronted. It's easy to be tough on the phone. It's not what you say but how you say it.nEveryone deserves respect!!

Excellent customer service. Lots of bad companies out there. There’s a reason Webster Lock has been around so long. You can trust them! Same cannot be said for others. These guys are the best! Highly recommend.
