The company didn’t charged too much on my burglary repair project upon my request. This attitude shows how much they care about their clients. My home is now again protected. All locks are restored.

I have been hiring them for a year now. I highly appreciate their hard work and dedication towards the work. Also, their team is very polite and the service charges are quite reasonable. 5/5.

I returned from Abroad after a very long time. And I completely forgot the lock combinations of my safe. I called Auto Locksmith - Galaxy Bronx and their team helped me by resetting the combinations. They also guided me to reset the patterns in such situations. Thank you!!!

I called to get my key copied and was told a tech was gonna call nd never did . When I called the office back they tell me the tech wont come and would not explain why .. so I was waiting for a tech for hours and would have waited for God knows how long . I ask why cant they explain and they hung up on me .. I call nd call and they will intentionally ignore my call . They are unprofessional would recommend any where else but this place

Very bad service. The technician is very rude. They tell you different price on the phone but once they get to your location they will access your situation and make up a price which is way higher than what was told but now your in need of it so they tske advantage of your situation. So i got the key from them $180 and the first day I opened my truck with it and it’s bent already. Im calling customer service but no one picks up the phone so after 2 days they pick up and blaming me for doing it and will not fix it. After i paid $180.
