I was getting my hair dyed a blonde and I overheard them saying oh try this maybe it will lighten her hair. The fact that they didn’t know if it would work shows that they didn’t know what they were doing and basically experimenting on my hair. At the end my hair came out not even close to the color I wanted and I showed them a picture of what I wanted. I wouldn’t recommend getting your hair done here

I came in to remove the color of my bangs and get platinum blonde but they didn’t listen when I told them that using bleach isn’t gonna work but continued to ignore me and now my bangs are 4 different colors and I have blisters from where they kept scrubbing into my scalp. Would not recommend!!!
My sisters scalp got burnt and now she has blister from them trying to bleach her hair so much when she only want platinum blonde!!
