Manager cassie is very rude and unproffessional im very serprized that she works in customer service this place is a rip off over 400$ in there fees what a joke i would strongly suggest going to jackson hewitt or some where else they are a rip off and very misleading all the way around

We will only return because cassie does an Amazing job we are confident in her ability to do whats best for us. My husband wants to go somewhere else due to your fees because they are extremely high. But we keep coming back because we Appreciate our agent. She has done our taxes for a long time.

My wife took her taxes to the local H&R Block here in Coos Bay, paid almost $400. This was a basic return very uncomplicated without any right offs. However, the refund we are getting back is going to take 3-4 weeks according to H&R Block. This is an extreme amount of time to wait for a simple return. We will NEVER go back to this horrible establishment. We honestly believe we were scammed by this company as normal refunds average 9-14 days. SCAM!!!!!
