Nice gym, but it's always full of people, and they aren't the nicest people either. Update: they now close 45 min before the hours listed bc apparently a person can't work for 30mim. I would go to the location on WH, Much bigger, Much more professional.

Very clean staff is friendly but if you are not latino you will get stares and a few rude behaviors.

Literally impossible to cancel the membership, even in the midst of a global pandemic, even after having moved away! Ridiculous. I say this as someone who manages fitness facilities.......I would never, ever provide such terrible customer service

The best and most friendliest staff ever is at the 225th St location in Riverdale; especially noteworthy for their kindness, professionalism and coolness are Loretta and Edward.
