ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!nnI AM CONSISTENTLY ON HOLD FOR OVER 10 MINUTES AND HAVE TO CALL BACK MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET ANY SERVICE.nnI HAVE HAD TO ASK THEM TO RESINSTATE AUTOMATIC REFILL OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.nnSIMILARLY, I HAVE TO ASK FOR MY MEDICATIONS TO BE DELIVERED OVER AND OVER AGAIN.nnAGAIN DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!

They really need to train their staff, I don’t like the call you to the register while they finished with the customer they are working with, is not helpful or efficient.

Worst service ever! Starting from the staff to the higher up, female hispanic manager. She needs to be trained on how to speak to customers and not ignore customer. Her tone is awful! So condescending.

I went to this location today and was leaning down in the cosmetics aisle to look at something and I heard little footsteps run behind me. It sounded like a small dog and i looked up to see a huge rat running away from me and duck into a hole in the wall. I looked around for an employee and after circling the whole store found a woman. I told her what I saw and she didn’t seem surprised. She said we have someone come every day about the rats I don’t know what to tell you.

This is the worst CVS. My daughter needed her prescription filled as she has strep and I was never notified, when I call I was told they closed in 10 minutes if I could get there in 10 minutes I could get the prescription if not I couldn’t. I couldn’t make it in 10, so she is going to have to go thru the night without her antibiotic thanks to the incompetent staff that works at that horrible pharmacy. This is the 3 time back to back that they have messed up my daughter’s prescription Next time I will drive to the CVS in Yonkers where they seem to know what they are doing. I wish child health first would allow me to fill the prescriptions in Rite Aid. When they tell you an hour or half hour that’s what it is. CVS at Dyckman is HORRIBLE!!!
