Why Duane Reade? Why are you like this? You used to have great customer service and excellent people skills. Now questions like: Where are the greeting cards? Will trigger rage in your staff. You make enough money Duane Reade offer employee incentive, do more employee trainings, raffle off employee cruises make your staff happy so they in turn make us the customers happy, because this mess you have at this location I avoid like the plague.

Worst duane reade ever. Customer service sucks in this place. Staff including managers are extremely rude. I will never come back to this place.

Horrible customer service. The managers are just as rude as the employees.

The store is clean that's the best review I can give you. The staff although efficient are effective at communication, they barely speak and when they do it feels like you're bothering them. The pharmacy staff including the staff are unfriendly, not the type of people open to answering questions about your medication. The size of the store is nice strangely enough they are always lightly stocked and often run out of things. The staff works well though they are fast and efficient despite my critique this really makes them stand out
