My boyfriend and I like to try Cubano sandwiches everywhere we go and we both agreed that this was the best one we've ever had! The meat was perfectly moist, the bread was so flavorful and flaky and tasted homemade, and the condiments were all perfect. We paired it with a side of mushroom soup which was incredible and smooth, and finished with a bread putting (with homemade whipped cream of course). Staff was wonderful and restaurant was clean. We'll definitely be coming back next time we are in Santa Fe!

Tried the burger at the sawmill. Wow to say it was gross is putting it lightly. For $14 got a burger that was completely raw in middle. They put way to much mustard to point thats all that you could taste. The bun was hard. Fries or whatever they call them were beyond over salted. Just so disappointed in what I was served.

I had the shrimp tacos last Saturday and they were beyond delicious! Best I've ever had.

Great food and beer and environment. The butcher shop a few doors down is awesome if you want to have an amazing sandwich and watch a punk rock dude break down a hog too.

Love the food when I'm up for some major grub. However, in Santa Fe fashion, I ordered online after nobody would pick up the phone. It turns out they were closed. I found that out when I drove there. 1. It was closed and that wasn't apparent on the phone, on the internet, or even at the restaurant. It was during a time they were listed as open 2. My card was still charged. 3. I had to do the work to dispute the charge because they didn't answer the phone the next day either. 4. The restaurant's voicemail "was not set up yet". So much good work thrown down the drain from a bit of laziness.
