Marcos was so helpful and sweet throughout the entire process of us getting our first car. He was patient and explained the entire process to us. We had a problem with our insurance and he stayed on the phone with them until it was resolved. Kelvin the finance consultant was super helpful and nice as well. My husband recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Highlander from here. It was suppose to be his car but needless to say, it became my car.. He let me test drive it & I fell in love with it. The customer service was spectacular. They were patient with us & never forced us into a purchase. They only made professional suggestions. The manager Anson Castillo is a class act. The biggest mistake of my life was getting my car from the perfect Fordham Toyota organization. Don’t get me wrong, I had the best salesperson that they probably got in their whole company when I obtained my car. I am probably top three (3) among the customers who take care of their vehicles the most.nnAnyways, things happen and I ended up messing two of my rims in a highway while it was raining. After this, I decided to go to the address where service is provided to Fordham Toyota clients and guess what? They do not want to give me new rims because according to their system my warranty was only given for a year. I swear to God that when I first got my car I received a three years lapse regarding protection for rims and tires.nnFurthermore, unless you are going for a regular oil change, do not visit them to complete any type of check up for your vehicle just because they will find something to make you pay additional money upon your visit.nnI hope that this is helpful for other customers.

Marcos Pena! Great salesman. As soon as I sat with him you immediately feel/know he knows what he’s doing. Very knowledgeable and professional. He definitely will be seeing my family and friends soon!!!! Process took a while but I am extremely content with this small dealership!!!
