My experience was amazing. I have never been handled better when dealing with a place of business. Not only was Mr. Jose Bayona very patient and kind with me but he also continued to check in with me before the sale of the car and even after. Jose worked with me every way that he could to get me the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend people here. I even took a bunch of cards to give them out to my colleagues. I am so grateful for the service that I received.
This dealership is by far one of the best. George Martinez provided me all the information I needed about a car I was looking for. He was very friendly, patient and available to answer any questions and concerns I had. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service. So far not the best experience. I'm picking up my new Jeep on 8/29 and had a good set of tires put on the truck prior to arrival. I spoke with the gentleman in parts and we agreed to @ $1000 &change. I check my account and find out they charged me $127 & change more and I even agreed to prepay and everything. SERIOUSLY NOT HAPPY. Hopefully, they'll refund my money and the rest of the pick up goes smooth. Well not so smooth but the sales people were nice and I finally got the truck. Review is 3 star due to the poor professionalism of the service department. The sale was a little rocky but hey, ITS AN OVERLAND!!! LOLnAnother thing to note is that the windows were etched, however they weren't wiped off and the passenger front window sill is completely scratched up. There was grease on the passenger side rear seat, which i was able to remove and the sunroof and sun shade CAN NOT be opened after several attempts and consulting the manual. Unreal, nearly 60K for an truck and this is what you get.
GM Jay & Sales personal Ehab were the best, both very kind and helpful. Both went above and beyond for me & my wife to make sure we left the dealership happy. If you ever need a new ride be sure to check them out first you won't be disappointed !
