F45 Training North Paramus

F45 is an amazing workout. I am an athletic and fit person and since I started training here 5 months ago it has completely changed my body! The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating and the ownership goes above and beyond. One of the most involved owners of a gym I have ever seen!! If you want an amazing workout and a team & family like atmosphere, F45 north Paramus is the place for you!

At the start of the pandemic I was working out at my house and was lacking the motivation that comes with a gym environment and that push from a trainer. I came across F45, saw they were offering outdoor classes, and figured I’d give it a try. I am so glad I did. It is such a welcoming environment. Lenny knows all the gym members by name, and is so generous and kind. Always making sure you’re satisfied with the gym and going out of his way to make your experience there the best it can be. The trainers are all awesome. They each give you the confidence you need, pushing you every class to do your best, and help you get the best workout in you can . I have even tried a few of the indoor classes and can say they went above and beyond with precautions, and you feel so safe working out inside. I highly recommend this gym!!

If you are looking for a clean, motivating, high energy gym with great music to workout at, F45 is your spot. The fitness team is amazing. Very professional, always looking out for the members, correcting form if needed and pushing us all to the next level. Friendly, family like environment where we are all in it together. Life changing without a doubt! Thank you F45 Paramus for finding your place here in Bergen County and changing my workouts and making me stronger.

An overall great experience. Facilities are very clean and up to COVID standards. Really fairly priced and results will show exponentially! All the coaches are very nice and super helpful when correcting form. They really want to get the best version of you resulting from these workouts and will push you to get there.

Love this place! I was introduced to F45 when my gym was completely closed due to COVID. The outdoor classes at F45 kept me in shape throughout the summer and I’m very grateful for that. The classes are hard and I have seen results quickly. The indoor gym is clean and the staff are all great people! I will definitely continue my membership!
