Terrible Terrible Terrible experience! Was not able to cancel my membership even I moved to different town, It was not enough reason to cancel. And when time came when membership expiring I had to physically go and wright another paper to cancel, since they lost paperwork . Not even to mention how rude and not friendly and not cooperative owner was. Will not recommend this gym, and its really not updated date with services and equipment is old. Thats my experience. .

If there is a no star, I would have reviewed that way. It’s sad cuz they have awesome swimming teachers, and the 0 star is all about management. My daughter used to go swimming lessons here and she had a great teacher ms. Jeniffer. Wish we didn’t have to leave but the way ms. Summer (apparently the owner) handled things, it was impossible for any reasonable customer to stay. I was reading the reviews about the moms and their swimmers and I believe on their stories as I have experienced it myself. Every week they had different staff and when you ask about prior people, they say they left. That right there means bad ownership! Not to go to too much details as unfortunate events has happened multiple times, I just wanted to say when there’s new management in the future, then we might consider coming back. HELLA NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT SERVICE !!!

Watch out for the management of this swimming club. They are so disorganized that they don't know what they are doing. It's unfortunate that the teachers are excellent but the management is a hot mess. I had to rearrange my make up class twice cause one time the teacher didn't show up, second time they placed my kids who just started learning swimming with advanced level kids. Also, on the day of Easter Sunday teacher didn't show up because the management confirmed that there was no class but no email alert was sent out to parents. So of course all the parents/students showed up and we all had to turn back to go home. I got upset talking to Swim Director Summer so I raised my voice since they wasted my time so many times. She has the audacity to tell me that she will not speak to me cause I am not showing any respect towards her and she is a teacher so she says she deserves respect. What happen to customer service? If I talk to my clients like this at work I will be fired right at that moment. Everytime I had to reachedule for make up class I had to go through an email address that they will respond after 4 biz days. I might as well just put a stamp on a piece of paper and send it out via mail. What is the point of having email if you can't respond right away!? Also they have 4 different phone numbers but no one picks up the phone. If you can swallow all this BS when you are paying them money and they still treat you like however they want then you shouldn't have any problem with this management. However if you read my review and if you understand my struggles...then don't do it. Just go somewhere else there are plenty of other swimming club for kids here in Bergen County.

find another place to work out. Don't trust this place with your credit card. The other negative reviews about this place are true. They don't let you cancel or pause your membership even though they say you can at sign up. they continue to bill you. now I have spend hours I don't have with collections Better Business Bureau dealing with a stupid gym membership. Save yourself a headache there's other places out there. These people really don't deserve the business
