I have to say, this is not a typical gym or kickboxing gym. This is a FAMILY! I have been a member since their 1st grand opening weekend. I had no intentions on joining or even working out that day, but they hooked me that very day. The owner and trainers and all staff there are friendly, kind, helpful but most of all non-judgemental! They want nothing more then to help you reach your goals! This is one of the most positive experiences I have ever had. I have made some amazing friends here, that support me. So to me this is my Fit Family! This is the first time I have ever committed to a gym and stuck with it every week for almost 1 year. It's no secret that I suffer from anxiety and depression, especially since I lost my grandmother last year..my best friend. This was so devastating to me...and CKO has helped me to channel my sadness, anger and anxiety into punching and kicking that bag for 1 hour..MY HAPPY HOUR!
