Great place, so sad your store is closing.

I went to the store recently to redeem a birthday coupon, the sales girl misguided about the offer, and the display was not working while billing, it’s only after I made the payment and saw the final bill I realized the ant was more than expected.hence I ended up canceling the order . They did a return order and refunded the bill amount, but when I told her I will buy something equivalent to the coupon amount, she said I cannot use the coupon anymore. The store manager too was very rude and impolite. Absolutely no sense of customer service. She understood it was no fault of mine but still did not want to do anything about it. It was take the refund and leave attitude. I ended up not being able to use the coupon which was the main reason I went to shop at Justice that day.

Great store I love the way a lady was so helpfull. She offered to help me. She found my niece a few cute shirts.nShe made my shopping experience so much better.nThank for hiring people with such a great personality! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

To Justice,nnToday I was at Justice, Paramus Mall, with my little sisters and 2 friends and I am 13 years old and we were shopping and then a person came up to us and told us that we have to leave because we are to many people and we are to young and we also go there every week and they’ve never told us to leave, so basically they kicked us out for no good reason, oh, and also they don’t have security cameras and they should get security cameras because a few weeks ago my sister left her iPhone X for a second on the counter and turned around for like 5 seconds and then it disappeared and there was nobody around her except for the person behind the counter and nobody admitted that they stole the phone.

Great for little girls. Sometimes the prices seem way to high for what you get. For example 40 dollars for a thin 3/4 legnth kid size 10 hoddie with Girls Rule written on it. Then again girls love this store. Also the staff has always been very helpful and kind when I'm shopping there. Including helping to look for the right size and reasonable suggestions on outfit ideas.
