L.L.Bean

I was able to locate a jacket in a size that wasn’t available anywhere else. They held it for me. I went into the store. And everyone was helpful Vivian was very nice and on top of the products in her section and directed me to Collin. Collin took the time to go over measurements with me. He went out of his way, even had his tape measure ready. Customer service in this store is the best I ever had. Even the cashier, shorter guy with a pony tail was very friendly. And they disinfect after every customer even if they touched a surface or not. Big selection very clean. Couldn’t be happier!

They have pretty much everything, even for your pets. They offer classes and even trips to far away exotic places. I mean they pretty much have everything! Well, except fishing poles and guns. I guess there are other stores for that.

Vivian is an amazing woman. Extremely helpful and patient. The workers at the counter are very helpful as well especially Dawn. A great place. And now Eric is being extremely helpful in the shoe department and all of these experiences in chain stores is unexpected. It’s my first time at L.L. Bean but it won’t be my last.

Years ago my mother use to shop at LL Bean for me I loved there Clothing.

Bought some lovely, warm neutral sweaters for my husband for Christmas.
