It is a rare occasion that I take the time to write or comment about anything online but I feel compelled to do so. I recently purchased a vehicle at MB Paramus and the service and attention to detail was above and beyond. I kept waiting for the shoe to fall off but it never did. I am not a big fan of auto dealerships. ANDREW FRANCO is the best I have come across in the vehicle business. Extremely attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Andrew! Happy Holidays!

I have and will continue to recommend Mercedes-Benz of Paramus as often as I can. I had a great experience buying my car from this dealership! Joseph was incredibly accommodating, which was especially helpful since I was shopping when Covid-19 was at its worst. The process was straightforward and easy, and Joseph was very pleasant to work with. He always called me back, and he always answered any questions I had (and believe me, I had a TON of questions). The showroom was immaculate, and everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The used car I ended up buying was in beautiful condition, extremely clean, and everything I needed. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The sales representative Michael Rosa was very informative and he was answering very question of ours patiently both to my husband and i.Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesperson just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet.
