Cutting Edge Ice Academy

After booking a month in advance (and pumping it up all month to my 8 year old son) I got a call from Coach Margitich on the day of the semi private lesson that he was cancelling because my sons age and ability didn’t match the other student. He also cancelled the other lesson I had booked for a few weeks later, citing the same reason. He said he would give me my money back and also send me a schedule of his availability for the entire next month. He did neither. I had to call myself and get my money back. The person I spoke to didn’t seem to care at all. I guess they make enough money that they don’t need to care about customer service. Terrible business practice. I don’t recommend.

The coaches seamed and looked so professional. My son loved it and had been playing hockey now for 5 years. So he had a lot of different coaches. He said he had to work very hard, but in the same time he had fun. Wants to go back at least once a week for one on one session. We will be there tomorrow 9/30 for power skating.

Great service and their instructor Elene is amazing. My son is learning a lot and quickly.

Amazing! Coach Serguei took the time to teach my son who new at this. Great techniques and lots of patience!!
