Tutor Time of Saddle Brook

My son experienced abuse at this location and specifically named his teacher, what happened and had the bruises to show for it. I felt the response from school and Dept of children services was inadequate and lacked a sense of urgency. Because my son wasn’t severely or mortally wounded, the issues wasn’t treated as seriously as I expected and I often felt we were Treated as if we were in the wrong, for bringing this issue to light. Please be aware, this teacher may still be in the school, since no one is allowed to disclose to us whether she is or is not. She told our son the abuse was a secret, so please be sure to talk to your children if you decide to attend this daycare.

My daughter is four years old. At the moment she does not open up to new people. However, her teacher's especially Miss Pat has done wonders with her. She knows her ABC, her counting is excellent. The place is very clean. From the first time I met Miss Shani she has been awesome. My daughter is doing wonderful there so I have nothing but high praise for tutor time in saddle brook

Had a great experience. My son loves coming here. Teachers are always helpful and kind to my child. The facilty is super clean. I used the flex pass and was able to drop my child off as needed. The staff was very accommodating to my child's needs

Ok so my daughter went here from 6 weeks old August 2019 until they closed for covid 19 in March 2020... a lot of ups and downs with this place but in February I drew the line. I was watching the cameras and I saw Jenn kiss my infant daughter on the mouth.... now we already had issues because she friended my wife and Facebook and asked to hang out multiple times at the mall and do lunch. It’s a little weird. I reported the kissing my child to the Front desk since Shani wasn’t in there and demanded Shani call me. Two days later I had no call back and finally I called again and demanded Shani or corporate. Shani answered and told me they handled it in house but however jenn was still in the room with my daughter holding her after I told them I did not want her around my child. Well here we are in May and I unenrolled her there because my wife has been working and I just returned to work. I called the distract manager karyn to unenroll her and she stated she never even knew about Jenn kissing my daughter on the mouth!!!! Horrible communication with management. However, Ronnie at the desk, lailanie, krystal and some of the other girls in the infant room were amazing.

Loved their service! My baby was in infant room with toddlers. They truly took care of her like I would have. They have this amazing app that keeps the parents connected, knowing whatever the baby is doing each hour approximately. Love love love the staff!! So cooperative and just down to earth! I would give them all employee of the month.
