The food tastes good but I had a bad experience with a cashier. It's a girl and I don't remember her name. She went to the bathroom with gloves and she came back with the same ones. She didn't change them. Nasty....

I just experienced the worst service at their 21st ave location. I ordered a roasted chicken to go $14 I then add a white rice ($4 on the menu) and was charged $5.50 for it. Then a realized that there is a board posted without a price promoting a special of roasted chicken with two sides. Right after paying (haven't even gotten my food at this point) I asked the lady for that price and she told me it was 20.25 (a little less than my order. I then asked if i could just add the extra side, after all it was the same price. She was rude and said no because she already put it in the computer. Didnt even bother to ask!! Their food is way overpriced to treat a long time client so poorly!! Never going back, there are too many options around.

Horrible service. They don’t speak English. I’m a regular and they can’t even do me a solid and take my order to stay in when I work next door. And on top of that the girls who take your order got a nasty attitude. Ooooh and let me not forget THEY DONT TAKE CREDIT OR DEBIT. it’s 2020 GET MERCHANT SERVICES.
