Placed a last minute order for 4 rotisserie chicken on thanksgiving and their customer service was excellent. My order was ready in a timely manner and I didn’t have to wait a long time. Finally found a great Spanish restaurant in Garfield! Thank you!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed an order for delivery. The driver called me to say he was outside, nobody was outside when I opened my door. So, I called the restaurant and they said the driver gave my food to an old man. Well, that’s great but no old man lives here. They refused to refund me. So now I’m out $17 for food I didn’t receive...$2 of which was a tip.

I ordered a combo of boneless chicken with (what I thought was included in the combo) rice and beans and a side order of maduros. When the food arrived, I received a huge order of chicken, a huge order of maduros, a salad, a two litter Coke but no rice nor beans. I called them and the lady that picked up transferred my call to Carlos, the owner. He explained that when you choose a meat, it comes with a side and since I ordered maduros, thats what I got. I told him that everywhere you order a COMBO it comes with rice and beans, that if their orders were like that then they should remove the word combo from the menu because that is not a combo. Carlos was VERY polite, friendly and diligent. He sent over an order of rice and beans at no cost. The reason for the 5 stars, is because the food was really good, and Carlos’ customer service was outstanding. I do think however, that the menu should be fixed to avoid confusion.

Just ordered some breakfast from this place and it was terrible I didn’t even finish all of it. The portion size was terrible, it’s like they were being stingy with the food. I paid money for what i wanted and this wasn’t a good experience at all. My gf and I empanadas were really dry and greasy. I won’t be going here ever again. Looking for a better Dominican food spot because I know Dominicans don’t cook like this. I’m Dominican and I know you guys cook better than that.

Food was great large portions for the family meals wa a good value.. will definitely try again
