Kru Ray, Kru Joe, and all the staff are some of the nicest people you will meet. They treat all their students equally and provide a great atmosphere to learn and improve yourself. I switched to this gym from a different one in the area and it has been the best decision i have ever made. Highly recommended!!

A true martial arts gym. Be prepared to come and put in work. However, they are extremely friendly and welcoming to all levels. There is no doubt that walking up the steps for the first time and hearing people yelling and hitting pads will make you feel intimidated. Don't be. You've come to the right place to learn. Only issue I've really had is parking for night classes.
