Absolutely amazing crystal healing sessions with Veronica. She is an amazing healer from the divine, no doubt about it. After my session I felt immediate peace and stillness in my body. If you are looking for help in your chakras - YOU MUST SEE HER!!

Love this place. I took a Saturday morning yoga class with Sam and it was great! She's a great instructor who radiates so much positive energy and kindness. Do yourself a favor and take a class with her!nI was able to meet the owner Hollye, who is so warm and inviting!nWhile the space looks small from the outside there is plenty of space on the inside for all the various classes offered. I will definitely be back.

Love this place! They have a nice variety of classes at all levels. The class size is intimate and the instructors are amazing! They offer a welcoming environment for people to work toward their fitness/wellness goals. I am grateful to be a part of the Warrior Goddess community and encourage others to come give it a try!

Awesome studio!! They offer an excellent selection of classes for people of all ages, at various fitness levels, and with all types of fitness goals. I have been training with Hollye for years, and she has helped me reach my fitness goals by motivating me, personalizing my workouts, and pushing me just beyond my comfort zone.
