Bought my truck from Silk City Auto Mall 2 years ago. It was a fairly quick deal, and within a couple of hours I had keys in hand. I mainly used the truck for business, and the payment schedule worked perfectly for me.

Went there to look at a red dodge pick up diesel was told everything was in great condition, went to take it for a test drive... They figured I wouldn't take it down the highway maybe a mile down the highway truck start shaking hard scary hard, got it back to the shop talked to Eric then he started telling me all the problems with it. This place is a terrible business, even after reading all this 1-2 star reviews I still gave this place a chance and they failed. If you are considering buying any vehicle from this place make sure you take it first a test drive and have a mechanic do a good once over of it.

The worst experience ever!!!!nLady was very nice on the phone and even when we arrived. She stated Eric sales manager was running late waited over 1hr guy was rude and never even apologized. We brought in a 2011 Jeep Sahara for trade in and stated Jeep had no value smh seriously!!!! Then they started talking in there language which am assuming so we wouldn’t here. The whole thing was a horrible experience please don’t waste your time.Trucks are not kept or inspected before being sold.

I purchased a truck a few months ago. Eric was more then helpful and excited to get me what I was looking for. I went 2 hrs to look at said truck there were a couple things wrong with from the start nothing that was major repair small things well small things added up really quick. Turns out the truck needed much more then I had expected. I tried and tried to call back and recoup something but got no where. The truck originally had a plow but I didn’t want to spend that much a month when adding the plow to the payment. I have all the recipes to prove what it cost me to repair just the maintenance on the truck. Even swap plow for the money I had to spend Eric would just give the cold shoulder and I never anything back from him. Just be careful they bring in vehicles from auction but don’t do a single thing with them but take fancy pictures to lure you in. Lesson learned I won’t be ever going back to them
