After reading all the reviews, I was a bit skeptical in going to this dealership for a vehicle but I gave it a chance anyway. I am so glad that I did. John helped me all the way in my process of deciding and ultimately purchasing my car. He was extremely honest and straight-forward. He worked with me for over a week in getting the car polished and clean for me to come visit. He always made sure to follow up with my requests. Surprisingly enough, someone I know his best friend in college without even realizing it. It is such a small world. He definitely got me the best deal for my car. Gregory, the business manager, was also extremely helpful in giving me final advices for things he think is best for me to add on for my car. His advices were given based on the perspective of a customer and he is always assuring me that I don't need to get something if I don't want to. If you are coming to this dealership and unsure who to ask, I highly recommend asking for John V. and Gregory N. for their service!!

I would 100% recommend Jack Daniels Kia. Their whole staff was great, especially John Vargas. He was super straight up, no run around. The experience here was leagues ahead of some of the other dealers I’ve contacted. If you’re looking for a Kia these guys will either help you find your perfect car or steer you in the right direction. ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

Very disappointed with the experience there. First of all the salesman lied to me about its features on the car I was buying. I asked for a void of sale the next day because of the lie. They said the deal was already approved and I signed into a deal so I had to keep the car. So I had been trying my best to swallow the bad deal considering my poor credit.n18 days later I get a phone call, they ask me if I can get a co-signer. Are you kidding me? So now I can bring back the car - because the deal was NOT ONLY Unapproved by the bank and the deal was not final and was able to cancel when I complained about the lie of its features.nnNow I have given them another 7 days to process my refund for the down payment. I am definitely not happy with the experience and do not recommend this business. Definitely not.

My salesman John V. was great!! He's super energetic and gives me a lot of information about the car. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a car. He gave me the best deal!!

Everyone here is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Kareem and Anthony were an amazing team and they helped make this purchase effortless and seamless. In all the years of leasing I must say this would’ve been my best car shopping experience!!nnUpdate: They sell you amazing service day one and once you sit in the waiting room they encourage you to write a Google review while you wait, check in several times to make sure it was posted then run and hide in a closet afterwards. I received a vehicle defective off the lot but didn’t realize until we drove off the lot. To avoid re doing paperwork again and swapping the vehicle I was promised they would service it at my work place and also install my auto starter at no charge for the inconvenience. Well “due to Corona” every excuse is ok, right?nnLonger story short they even promised to return my lease vehicle at the local dealership “where they know everyone” and they decided to return it almost two weeks later after my lease was up, giving me every excuse in the book as to why it was turned in late. They even promised to remove the late fee because they know everyone their so it would be no problem. Well, guess what??? Yup that didn’t happen either.nnI got a call 3 weeks ago stating it was time to service my car and get my oil change, I kindly said my oil change isn’t my priority right this second, but my defective car is. Well that went in through one ear and out the other. I was told they would have someone contact me immediately from the service department to resolve that issue. Needless to say after several calls to the manager none of my messages have been returned nor were any of my concerns addressed, so DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They have been scamming for years apparently.
