Very easy to work with. Mike was very nice, and supportive of taking the car for a test-drive and to take to a local mechanic to get it checked-out. I didn't know any mechanics in the area so I didn't take him up on it. It turns out I should have, because a few days later my transmission fluid suddenly all leaked-out and I got stuck on the highway. I am still giving five stars because you can't expect a perfect car when it's 14 years old. Once I took it to the mechanic, they did a diagnostic, and said the rest of the car looked fine. And it does drive fine. For the price and age of the car, I was expecting to put some money into it; but I'm glad it ended up not costing so much. I'm not sure about the other negative reviews here, but it could be the expectations were too high for a used car. The Car House does the best they can, but there is a limit to what they can do. When purchasing a car, just factor-in what you're likely to have to spend on it. By the way, when purchasing there are dealer fees (which is standard by all dealers), so call to make sure how much it will be and factor that into your expected total price. By the way, they accidentally forgot to give me the title of the car (they only gave me temporary registration), but they realized themselves and mailed it to me USPS First Class for free. I would shop here again.

Great customer service. The process was smooth with Adele, very nice and informative. Would recommend to anyone who needs clean reliable cars to come check this dealership out.

Bought a great 2002 honda the only reason they're getting 3 stars is because I still do not have my title yet and it's been 30 days so my temp plates are expired now which I can't even drive once I get the title then they get 5 stars

I had the best time looking for a car here. I came here knowing exactly what I needed and the service was outstanding. Omar knew exactly what I needed and offered a huge selection of great cars. He was reasonable and easy to handle with. Omar is an excellent worker and will help you find what you need for the best deal. I recommend coming here for a car and letting Omar help you find what you need.

I'm very satisfied with my experience at the Car House of Garfield. The head sales person Omar was upfront and did not play the usual car dealer games. Not a single hiccup in my entire buying experience with him.
