Very rude customer service over the phone. The man at the desk basically hung up on me and avoided questions about a specific car. When a dealership is that unwilling to provide decent service over a phone, surely they will be uncompetitive in offering good deals in person. Save your time and effort. Don't call them, and don't visit them in person.

Customer service was very rude and unprofessional. no one picks up the phone and they will call you if you left a message on their website and say you are interested in buyng.

Really bad customer service, and the person who deal with us was so rude and mean. He doesn’t know how to talk with people. I had never seen disrespectful person like him.
