Route 4 Auto Exchange

I called to talk about a Ford Focus ST with a 1999 Rebuilt jeep wrangler sport 4.0L trade in that both Lester Glenn and Pine Belt were both granting $3000 and $3500 for it. The receptionist told me that they would not consider that for trade-in due to its age...lol. There is a huge jeep following in this area and across the United States and after a few small fixes, it would easily sell for $7-8,000. I was also going to pay off the rest after trade-in with cash today!nnIf they really operate like this, just go anywhere else for a better experience and fair deals. They just lost out on at least 8,000 to $9000 cash and a jeep they could've sold for at least 7k just 5 minutes ago!....total idiots!

So I had the awesome privilege of stopping in on July 13, 2020 with only questions. First of all it was hot outside so a welcome into their office was a plus, air conditioned, comfy chair and nice fragrance, the office is not loud and they are very professional. The facility is well kept and smells amazing. The staff is pleasant and work so well together. My agent Mr Mohammad is one of the kindest souls I have met, from the start he proved to me a great and stellar salesman. Clearly he is well experienced and carry himself in a mature fashion, worthy of a true salesman. He first listened to what I had in mind, then he ushered me to view his inventory, by the way, they have beautiful vehicles, and NO SHAM. I honestly had a nice van and this purchase which I did by the way, was the best for me. They worked with my credit and my bank and got me a great deal. Also, the senior manager was away but he was available to me to sign off on my paper work. He was present from a distance and completed my paperwork on time. The gentleman next to Mohammad is a computer genius, he helped me with my banking debacle. It was an awesome experience. I was offered a cold beverage of my choice and I received clear information. This is a great place to shop for a family or personal car, as they on a hold are very professional and knowledgeable about their business. They offered what I needed and I would go back for another car.nnYou will not regret working with this team and oh, they detailed my car and even offered to drive me home while they cleaned my car. I came across a SUV to replace my parents old truck at this dealership. My parents continuously second thought starting the finance process and going to see the car. Every dealership that myself and they have ever been to have put us through the ringer. I finally took the step and called. Spoke with Alex. He was really nice, very informative and NOT PUSHY AT ALL.
