This was hands down the best car buying experience of my life. The shop was extremely honest about the issues with the car I ended up buying, helped me set up insurance on sight, cleaned and waxed the car up for me while we did paper work. It’s hard to describe how friendly and welcoming the vibe was at galaxy auto. I even played football with his son, and after we finished all the paper work we ate dinner together. I would trust this man with more than my car! Don’t miss the opportunity of an honest and friendly exchange like this one. 10 stars if I could.
I just bought my 2008 drop top from Alex and it ride like a champ. No problems the deal went smooth. He actually looked out for me because I was a first time customer. Appreciate that buddy. Was looking for a commuter car when I stumbled across galaxy. Was immediately greeted when I walked into the lot. Found a 2008 Audi I liked, and was offered to take it on a test drive. Alex is honest and takes care of his customers. Found myself a great car and a used dealership I will come back to when in need of another used car! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
Just bought a small SUV from Galaxy Auto One. I was looking for something fairly inexpensive for my two teen drivers to get back and forth to work in. After looking for what felt like forever, I came across Galaxy Auto One. I was pretty skeptical about the quality of vehicle i was going to get from a small car dealer for the price i wanted to pay, but what did it hurt to look, right? When I got the Galaxy Auto One, Alex came right out and greeted me. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail, we test drove the car, and I wound up buying a vehicle from him. Upon getting home, I actually brought the vehicle straight to my mechanic to make sure everything was up to par on the car and was told that the car was actually in excellent mechanical condition. I am extremely happy with my buy and would definitely buy another vehicle from Galaxy Auto One in the future.
Needed a small vehicle asap for our company and was looking into a 2013 Kia Soul they had on their lot. When we arrived Alex came right out and greeted us and had the car ready for us to test drive. He made buying the vehicle very easy and enjoyable. So far no problems with the vehicle. Will be going back to them for any future vehicles we need for our company!
