My first visit here was excellent! Kyle the sales person is the best. Not only is he honest, he have great customer service skills. HE’S THE BEST GUYS! Make sure when visiting this dealership, you ask for KYLE. They are very reasonable and work with you. Let Frank Motorcars be the first place you think of when buying a car. DON’T FORGET KYLE KYLE KYLE IS WHO YOU ASK FOR!!!

Went here to try and find a vehicle. I wasn't able to go back down due to the distance but had put out a request for what I needed, the vehicle I saw the add for was sold the same day I went down but they were really helpful and willing to help find what we were looking for. my friend wound up buying a car from there which he still has.

My business partner and myself were looking for a Pick up truck. Came across FRANK MOTOR on TrueCar and saw they had a wide selection of these vans in a variety of makes. MANNY helped us and did an excellent job. Worked with us while we test drive numerous vans. Very professional. We found the van we loved and were able to work out a great deal! Ken was great. Highly recommended!

The manager/ financial advisor is extremely disrespectful. He kept getting our salesgirl Jessica to do other stuff for him while she was showing us a car even though we we were only there for couple of minutes. She actually seemed dizzy and frightened by him. He kept signaling her to help other customers while talking to us, and it made this place seem like a joke. They brought me car from Paterson that seemed acceptable online but in real life it was junk. It was not advertised accurately. This place had two others customers while we we were there and they did not seem to know to how to handle it. A useful hint to the manager behind the desk: dont snap at your employees for touching your desk in front of customers. Just not a good look if you're handling credit and sales procedures. On top of this, out of the few minutes that our sales girl Jessica managed to spend with us she kept calling me to come back. For what?
