Calling the office just directs you to a voicemail inbox. Unlike in peer institutions, there are no office hours or call-in hours. ISSO has repeatedly refused to offer even the most basic of legal advice to international students facing extremely uncertain times, and does not think that it has any responsibility to advocate for international students. ISSO senior staff think of ICE as good people and friends who need to be accommodated wherever possible, rather than kidnappers who need to be kept off campus at all costs.

As a current student at TC , I cannot believe how inefficient the office is ! ! It takes 4 months to make any official changes, and the staff are not productive AT ALL.

It is impossible to reach them by phone as an automated messages direct you either to email or walk-in appointments. As an alumni, email is the best option, but its been almost 2 weeks, and still no reply?! Please suggest how to reach you.

The worst International Office ever. They have almost failed me two times. Staff are generally non-international students and careless to your concerns. There are 2 staff members that were so rude to a few students and me. They are usually bureaucratic and robotic. If you need any help concerning your immigration status I assure you don’t go there because they will repeat everything that they have written on their websites. All in all, such an amazing university have to update its system and employees there.

why do they have a phone number? its just an automated guides that doesnt give an option to talk to a real person
